Abstract：
許多研究指出失眠和憂鬱互為因果關係，失眠本身可視為未來罹患憂鬱症的重要危險因子之一，而憂鬱症患者更常有失眠的困擾。本演講將會分享這兩者疾病的流行病學，治療(包含藥物及非藥物)，以及相關預後。另外講者也會整理可能的致病機轉，本演講期待幫助臨床醫師未來在治療該類病患時有所幫助。
