Abstract: |
Drug treatment is an important pillar in the treatment of narcolepsy. Several new agents have become available over the past decades. One of the most recent is pitolisant. Pitolisant has a unique mechanism of action compared to the other commonly used agents. The place of pitolisant and the other available agents in the treatment of narcolepsy will be discussed. |
