Abstract：
阻塞型睡眠呼吸中止症(OSA)與氣喘都有一些共通的呼吸道發炎與低血氧的問題而成為彼此疾病中最重要的共病之一，過去研究資料顯示，OSA病患中有49.5%具有氣喘，氣喘患者也比一般人有2.7倍的勝算比具有OSA，且氣喘和OSA彼此會加重疾病嚴重度。在治療氣喘與OSA的病人時，除了給予標準治療陽壓呼吸器外，適當的使用氣喘的藥物治療也是相當重要。除了傳統的ICS/LABA治療外，ICS/LABA/LAMA三合一療法現也成為氣喘治療的重要基石並於2023年2 月份獲得在氣喘治療的健保給付。然而，也有研究指出OSA屬於TH1發炎的疾病與氣喘屬於TH2發炎略有不同，氣喘治療的基石ICS也可能會加重OSA的嚴重度，如何給予OSA和氣喘共病患者適當的治療成為重要的議題。
