The understanding of inflammatory mechanisms and repair processes of airway disorders and their modulation associated with therapeutic intervention. Recently focus on the study of severe asthma and interstitial lung disease.

Abstract：
Pulmonary fibrosis (PF) and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) often coexist, creating unique challenges in diagnosis and management. The progression of PF can worsen sleep-disordered breathing, while untreated OSA may impair lung function in PF patients. Managing both conditions require a multidisciplinary approach, with early detection of OSA being crucial. Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy can improve sleep quality and oxygenation, but may be difficult in advanced PF cases due to lung changes. Integrated care and personalized treatment are key to enhancing patient outcomes, and further research is needed to optimize management strategies.
