Abstract：
Sleep disturbances are a common symptom of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and are also one of the key indicators for diagnosis and prognosis. There has been extensive research on this topic in the past, with many hypotheses and inferences proposed regarding the pathophysiological mechanisms linking sleep disturbances and PTSD.
This session will provide an updated literature review on the subject and include clinical cases sharing and exploration.
