至今，多數個案一聽到CPAP治療的反應，仍覺得是個麻煩，學習使用的過程更是容易因為干擾原本的睡眠習慣而中斷，此次將透過實例分享，針對CPAP使用過程中重點問題進行剖析與解決，提升病人使用舒適度與治療依從性，進一步改善治療成效與生活品質。
Despite the proven efficacy of CPAP therapy, many patients still perceive it as burdensome. Difficulties during the initial learning phase often lead to treatment interruption, particularly when sleep habits are disrupted. This presentation will utilize case-based examples to highlight and address key challenges encountered during CPAP use. By applying practical troubleshooting strategies, we aim to enhance patient comfort and adherence, ultimately improving therapeutic outcomes and overall quality of life.
