Abstract：
阻塞性睡眠呼吸中止症（OSA）為成人常見的睡眠相關疾病，與心血管、代謝、神經精神疾病等多系統病理高度相關。當正壓呼吸器治療（CPAP）順應性不足或病患無法耐受時，手術治療即成為重要選項。
本演講將以「全方位治療」為核心，系統性探討成人OSA的手術管理：
1. 治療決策：從臨床評估、內視鏡檢查及影像學檢測，建立個別化治療策略。
2. 手術技巧：介紹傳統與創新手術方法，包括多層次氣道手術、達文西機器人手術、功能性顎咽重建術等，並強調精準、安全與微創。
3. 術後照護：涵蓋疼痛控制、傷口修復、飲食與營養支持，提升病人術後舒適度與康復速度。
4. 維持保養：強調體重管理、生活型態調整與合併症監測，實踐長期健康維護。
藉由整合外科手術與預防醫學理念，本演講將展現如何將OSA治療從單純的症狀改善，提升到「全人治療」與「長期健康管理」的層次，最終達到減少疾病負擔、改善生活品質的目標。
