Abstract：
超音波技術近年在阻塞型睡眠呼吸中止症（OSA）患者的臨床評估上，從單純結構影像擴展到功能性分析。透過動態上氣道成像與組織質地評估，醫師能夠更精準地判斷阻塞部位，並協助預測手術成效，提供個人化治療規劃。本演講將探討超音波在臨床診斷、手術治療預測及與藥物誘導睡眠內視鏡（DISE）等工具整合的最新實證與應用，並討論未來在臨床應用上的發展可能性。
