| Abstract: |
| For selected syndromic pediatric patients with complex OSA, advanced airway surgery offers a life-changing, definitive pathway from severe obstruction to functional resolution. Detailed assessment, precise planning, and meticulous surgical execution within a multidisciplinary care framework optimize the anatomical framework and restore the functional airway. Dedicated long-term follow-up and timely management remain essential to secure sustained health and quality-of-life trajectories in this vulnerable group of pediatric patients. |
